GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Porshia Pauline Cutshaw on sales tax evasion charges. Cutshaw, age 56, was arrested on March 31, 2009, by deputies with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 26, 2009, Shue the former owner of Circa Home Interiors, LLC, with locations in Davidson and Williamson counties, was booked on charges of sales tax evasion and theft in both counties.
JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. - The Department of Revenue’s Special Investigations Section conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and yesterday’s guilty plea of Gonzalo Alverez Moralez to six counts of sales tax evasion charges. Moralez, president of Ornelas, Inc., d/b/a La Carreta Mexican Restaurant located in Gray, Tenn., will be sentenced on May 18.
