$17.9 Million in Recovery Act Funds Awarded to Rural Transit Providers Across Tennessee
NASHVILLE – Governor Phil Bredesen announced today that East Tennessee Human Resources Agency will receive $2.9 million in funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for rural transportation services. The ETHRA provides public transportation for citizens in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier and Union Counties.
