NASHVILLE – A Davidson County man has been arrested for using TennCare to pay for a fraudulent prescription.

NASHVILLE –  A Davidson County woman has been charged with TennCare fraud and food stamp fraud.

NASHVILLE – A Carroll County man has been charged for the second time with “doctor shopping,” or going to multiple doctors in a short period to obtain the same or similar controlled substances, using TennCare to pay for it.

NASHVILLE - Four people in Monroe County are charged today with TennCare fraud, after a round-up called “Operation Rx” that netted 36 arrests for prescription drug charges in Monroe County.  The arrests are the results of an undercover investigation involving the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the Madisonville Police Department, Sweet Water Police Department and the Office of Inspector General (OIG).

NASHVILLE – A Franklin County physician and his patient have each been charged with criminal conspiracy in a scheme to defraud TennCare.

NASHVILLE – Four Davidson County residents have been charged with TennCare fraud, all accused of selling prescription drugs paid for by TennCare.

NASHVILLE - A McNairy County woman has pleaded guilty to TennCare fraud in a case involving a “murder-for-hire” plot.
