NASHVILLE – Residents of Hamilton and Warren County are charged in separate cases with TennCare fraud involving prescription drugs.

NASHVILLE – A Scott County Grand Jury has charged three with TennCare fraud related to allegedly selling prescription drugs paid for by TennCare.

NASHVILLE – Two people in Warren County are indicted for TennCare fraud related to prescription drugs paid for by TennCare.  

NASHVILLE – A Jefferson County woman has been order to repay the state for services she received from TennCare, even though she was not eligible for the program.

NASHVILLE  – A Jackson County man is ordered to repay $7,500 to the State of Tennessee for services he received while he was a member of TennCare, after he was accused of misrepresenting himself in order to obtain TennCare.  

NASHVILLE – Two Carter County women are charged in nearby Johnson County for trading drugs paid for by TennCare for home-brewed crystal methamphetamine.  The drugs are used to make the meth.

NASHVILLE – A Tipton County woman and her mother-in-law are ordered to repay over $20,000 to the State of Tennessee for services taken from public programs they weren’t

NASHVILLE – A husband and his wife from Lincoln County are each charged with TennCare fraud for obtaining prescription medications through TennCare with the intent of selling the drugs.

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) today announced the arrest of Kristina Heather Kimbrough, 41, and Chad L. Kimbrough, 45, both of Elora. Both arrests were assisted by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

NASHVILLE – A Shelby County woman is charged with TennCare fraud for using the program to pay for a fraudulent prescription.

NASHVILLE – An Anderson County woman is charged with TennCare fraud for taking forged prescriptions to a local pharmacy to be filled, on four separate occasions, and using TennCare to pay for the drugs.
