NASHVILLE – A Davidson County woman is charged with using TennCare to pay for a fraudulent prescription.

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) with the assistance of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department today announced the arrest of Kathryn T. McGlasson, 30, of Nashville.

NASHVILLE – Three people are charged with TennCare fraud in separate cases in Manchester, Oak Ridge and Tazewell. 

NASHVILLE – A McMinn County woman charged with TennCare fraud has been ordered to serve eight years in a state prison.

NASHVILLE – A Knox County woman is charged with using TennCare to pay for fraudulent prescriptions.

The Office of Inspector General (OIG), with the assistance of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, today announced the arrest of 48-year old Victoria Ann Purciful, also known as Victoria Ann Tramel and Victoria Peters. She was indicted by a Knox County Grand Jury on eight counts of acquiring and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, one count of theft and eight counts of TennCare fraud.

NASHVILLE – A Hickman County man is charged for the second time with TennCare prescription drug fraud.

NASHVILLE – A Davidson County woman is charged in Montgomery County with TennCare fraud for selling prescription drugs paid for by TennCare.

NASHVILLE – A nurse practitioner and two female employees of a LaVergne Medical Clinic have been charged with more than 70 offenses relating to prescription drugs, including TennCare fraud.

NASHVILLE– Overton County man has pleaded guilty to TennCare fraud and theft of services.

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) today announced that Michael R. Akers, 40, of Livingston, pleaded guilty to five counts of felony TennCare fraud and one count of theft of services.
